nice ride. btw, short manifolds are not a power restriction - they just move the peak rpm range down. as long as an engine is built to a specific spec and manifold length is properly taken into account it's not an issue. and i wouldn't really consider type 3 manifolds to be short, the effective length with that kind of set up is around 30 cm (12"). coupled with correct header lengths you can make it do pretty much what you want.
